Standardized Work [Onsite]

Description:

This workshop uses lecture and a real world process to train participants in standardized work. Attendees will learn to create the most efficient workflow considering Safety, Quality, Quantity, Cost and Environment. The main consideration is on human movement, elimination of waste, identifying the most efficient work sequence, and repeating the same sequence every time. This event will be conducted in a 3-Day blitz activity.

Expected Duration: 3 - 8 hr days

Participants: 6 - 15

Requirements:

The company is required to provide space for training, refreshments and lunch.
