Plant Master Planning (PMP) is an approach for assisting manufactures with developing an overall facilities plan that is consistent with the company’s strategic plan. Frequently, existing plants have never really been designed, but have evolved over time as needs arise. The PMP Roadmap is a great way to evaluate your facility layout and make sure it is supportive of both current business needs, as well as, future growth opportunities.

This effort results in a “living document” that serves as a guideline for ensuring that the facility is flexible and supportive of a variety of objectives like capital equipment acquisition, increased flexibility, and enhanced training plans. Our team has expertise in CAD as well as advanced planning technologies like simulation modeling which enable better layout designs to be developed in advance of actual operations.
