Our three-day workshop on Assembly Line Balancing is designed to equip you with the skills to optimize production efficiency and enhance workflow in your manufacturing processes. This hands-on workshop will cover essential techniques and strategies to achieve balanced, efficient, and cost-effective assembly lines. This event will be conducted in a 3-Day blitz activity.
Expected Duration: 3 - 8 hr day
Participants: 3 - 10
The company is required to provide space for training, refreshments and lunch.
