Value Stream Mapping (VSM) [Onsite]

In the Value Stream Mapping workshop participants will learn by doing. In the first phase, Attendees will map "Current Condition" material and information flow map along the value stream identifying waste and opportunities to improve. In phase two, attendees will create a "future state" material and information flow map that incorporates ideas to eliminate waste. In the final phase, the "To Do" Plan will be created. This event will be conducted in a 3-Day blitz activity.

Expected Duration: 3 - 8 hrs days

Participants: 6 - 15

The company is required to provide space for training, refreshments and lunch.
