5S [Onsite]

The 5S workshop equips participants to implement Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain. Attendees will learn through both theoretical instruction and practical application in their own work environments. This event will be conducted in a 3-Day blitz activity.

Participants will experience hands-on training and classroom-style lecture covering the principles and best practices of the 5S process. Team objectives:

• Identify opportunities to improve safety
• Understand the current and future process
• On-site Lean Manufacturing analysis/training
• Guide teams in implementation of the 5S Process
• Engage and coach teams - actively encourage a culture of continuous improvement and 5S
• Develop a plan with Management for next steps

Expected Duration: 3 - 8 hr days

Participants: 6 - 15

The company is required to provide space for training, refreshments and lunch.
