Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) 3-day Workshop [Onsite]


Description:

This 3-day TPM workshop provides a comprehensive understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) through a blend of theory and hands-on application. Participants will explore the key principles and pillars of TPM, learn to identify and address common losses in manufacturing, and gain practical experience by implementing TPM strategies directly on the shop floor. The workshop includes interactive sessions, real-time problem-solving, and a focused project that allows teams to apply TPM techniques to improve equipment effectiveness and operational efficiency. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a solid foundation in TPM and a clear roadmap for sustaining continuous improvement in their own operations. Participants will experience hands-on training and classroom-style lecture covering the principles and best practices of the 5S process.
