• Understanding the impact of doing it wrong
• Examples of 4M Changes specific to Nissan and hands-on activities make the process more relatable
• Determine the effectiveness of your current 4M Change Management activities / process and identify opportunities for improvement

• Understanding of AIAG requirements
• Understanding of NPQP requirements
• Understanding of your company's 4M Change Management activities / process
