In this one-day class, participants will explore the differences between Pull and Push manufacturing systems. They will also delve into the benefits of Just-In-Time (JIT) and Continuous Flow processes. The course will cover the "Rules for Kanban" and the various types of kanbans, along with a review of kanban calculations.
Expected Duration: 1 - 8 hr day
Participants: 6 - 20
The company is required to provide space for training, refreshments and lunch.
