Kaizen [Onsite]

Our three-day Kaizen Workshop is designed to empower you with the skills and knowledge to drive continuous improvement in your organization. This hands-on workshop will guide participants through the core principles of Kaizen, focusing on practical tools and techniques for identifying and eliminating waste, enhancing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This event will be conducted in a 3-Day blitz activity.

• Identify opportunities to improve safety
• Understand the gap between the current and ideal process
• Understand the need for standardized work
• Guide teams through a Continuous Improvement cycle
• Engage and coach teams - actively encourage a culture of continuous improvement

Expected Duration: 3 - 8 hr days

Participants: 6 - 15

The company is required to provide space for training, refreshments and lunch.
