CAVS-E Staff Attends Automate Conference

Automate, North America's largest robotics and automation event, took place in May 2024 in Chicago, featuring over 800 exhibitors showcasing leading automation solutions from around the globe. Organized by the Association for Advancing Automation (A3), the event also hosted the North American edition of the International Symposium on Robotics (ISR). With a record of almost 43,000 registrants, attendees from diverse industries, company sizes, and experience levels had the opportunity to explore groundbreaking automation technologies up close.

CAVS-E staff members Billy Peacock, Associate Director, and Montrell Marshall, Project Engineer attended the 2024 show. They gained exposure to robotic processes in the automotive industry, trends in collaborative automation, AI's impact on production logistics, industrial robotics, 3D imaging techniques, cobot technologies for optimizing production, warehouse robotics, and robotic bin picking solutions. The conference featured hundreds of impressive displays and provided attendees with valuable insights from automation experts on implementing, optimizing, and expanding automation systems.
