All booths include:

  • Electricity will be provided if needed (15A/110V)2.
  • No Wi-Fi will be provided
  • Listing on the exhibitor map
  • Lunch for all booth personnel provided on Wednesday
  • 1 Hour Nissan tour Wednesday or Thursday available

Additional Information:

  • Booths will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Booth and Demonstration space is limited so reserve early. Registration ends Friday March 14, 2025 at 5:00PM or once all booths are sold.

Shipping Information

Any display material for the conference that can’t be brought in by the exhibitors must be handled by Convention Display Service of Jackson, MS. Shipping conference material to the Canton Plant Receiving is not acceptable. Each shipped box/crate must be no wider than 4 ft, no taller than 6 ft, less than 400 lbs and must be movable with a pallet jack. All display material must be received by Convention Display Service by Friday March 14, 2025. Below is a link to the shipping instructions and related form for Convention Display Service.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued for cancellations. All transactions are final.
