Booth Selection

Please select the type of booth you would like and specify whether you require electricity for your booth.

All booths include:
  • Electricity will be provided if needed (15A/110V)1
  • Limited Wi-Fi will be provided
  • Listing on the exhibitor map
  • Lunch for all booth personnel provided on Wednesday
  • 1 Hour Nissan tour Wednesday or Thursday for each booth personnel

Demonstration Area

The demonstration area provides a space that allows for larger scale exhibits. The best demonstration area set-ups allow for participant interactions with hardware/software and/or more realistic set-ups that showcase your company's wares.

  • Two hour time slot in a highly visible area in main lobby (500 sq ft)
  • Includes 2 additional booth personnel
  • Only four time slots are available
  • Electricity will be provided if needed (15A/110V)1
  • Requires registration of a booth

Please select whether you would like to be a part of the demonstration area. All interested exhibitors will be asked to submit their plan for the demonstration area. Exhibitors with the best plan will be selected. Exhibitors will be chosen based on how well they plan to interact and engage attendees with their technology. Payment for the demo area will be requested upon approval.

MAMA Golf Tournament

This year we are exploring the possibility of partnering with MAMA to host a golf tournament prior to the conference on Monday April 13, 2026. As details become available, information will be added to the Innovation Conference website.
